Dealing with Stealing
Tonight we went to Kroger for some groceries. When we came out to load the bags into the car, I saw Ethan chowing down on a candy bar. Neither Eric or I had noticed it earlier because Ethan was in the little car thing attached to the front of the cart. This was the first time we'd had to deal with an incident like this. Eric had a firm chat with Ethan and then mommy and Eth went back into the store to pay for the $100 Grand (ironic) and tell the checkout lady sorry. Ethan didn't really seem be bothered that he'd just ripped off a business. Hmmm. But something must've sunk in because in his prayers before bed he said "...thankful that I can say sorry to the lady and not steal candy..." amidst his usual "thankful for Christmas and Jack and Christmas and Jack come to park..." etc. Hopefully this is the first and last of this, but I have a feeling...Mug Shot

Oh, that is FUNNY. :)
(But very serious, of course. ;) )
oh dear! We've been thru that. It really does make an impression to make them go say sorry.
That's hilarious. I'm totally thankful for Christmas too Ethan.
